Weather:

September and October are dry and the sea is calm 99% of the time.
January and March are dry and calm 73% of the time.
April through mid June are dry and calm 93%

The rainy season begins during the end of June and it usually rains until the end of August. The rains begin again in Mid November with December being the wettest month. We don't recommend fishing during those times.

Our Boats

Our boats are 23 foot deep V fiberglass hulls powered by Yamaha 150hp motors

All of our 12 boats are rigged to run offshore for Wahoo, tuna and billfish

All boats are equipped with fish finders, VHF 25 watt radios, and safety equipment.

Travel Information: We are located in "Barra del Colorado” the second largest rainforest preserve in Central America. You will fly from your country of origin to San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica. Then take a short 30 minute flight to the lodge.
